About Prohibition
Prohibition is full length musical about a speakeasy during the late 1920's - early 1930's. The story is narrated by the traveling jazz musician, Jax who stumbles upon a town that shares the true meaning of community in the face of the adversity of the Great Depression. This show will keep audiences entertained with jazz showstoppers, ballads and great dance numbers.
Prohibition premiered on June 6, 2021 as a workshop presentation at the Spark Theater and on June 12, 2021 at the Teller House Gardens in Central City, CO.
