Lovin' New Orleans

This album is a love letter to our adopted home. For years we would visit as often as we could. The first time we were walking along Armstrong Park and I could feel something in the air. You could feel the Ghosts of New Orleans which centers on historic Storyville. After getting back to Colorado that first trip, we kept talking about the magic of the place and how we could not wait to be New Orlenas Bound again. While visiting, we drift around the City With a Beat finding treasures like Frenchman Street where great Jazz is played nightly. We sought out what makes the city unique, such as the fortune tellers like Madame Rue of Jackson Square. There are festivals, parades, ceremonies like St. Ann’s Ashes, and of course, getting Ready for Mardi Gras Day. We loved learning about the ghostly history of the French Quarter and the haunting story of The Axeman Cometh. Even the Rain was mystical. This is our love letter to the place we now call home, and we present this album as a gift to those who love New Orleans like we do. We know Life is Good. Ed Scoenradt
